Review: Milani Color Statement Lipsticks - Rose Hip & Sangria

Hi everyone! It's time for another review. These are Color Statement Lipsticks by Milani. If there's any make-up products that's on the top of my list, it will be lipsticks.

When it comes to lipsticks, I know what's best for my complexion, and what's suits me well. I love bright pinks and berry shades, but there are also some neutral shades that won't wash me out and works well too. I always enjoy cream finish lipsticks and sometimes matte.

These are two out of many shades of Milani Color Statement Lipsticks. I got them at my local CVS store last year for about $5.99 each.

Aren't they gorgeous?:)

My Thoughts: This is my first time trying out Milani's lipsticks, and let me tell you, I'm pretty impressed.:) The pigmentation is awesome! It's very smooth to apply. The Rose Hip is very creamy and moisturizing, and the Sangria comes out matte - but it actually doesn't feel dry on the lips. They smell so yummy too!:)

Quick Tip: If you're not a fan of matte, you can always apply a lip balm first, and then apply the matte lipstick over it. Or you can apply the matte lipstick first, and then apply the same color of lip gloss over it.

Both are great everyday lipsticks, but I tend to use the Rose Hip color for Spring/Summer - it's a bright pink but not over the top, it's a really fun color. And the Sangria is best for Fall/ Winter - it's a perfect berry color, all combination of red, plum, pink are there. It's not too dark, but you can easily build it up, the more you apply, the deeper it looks.

If you like the same colors as I do, I recommend for you to try it. They work great!:)

Have you guys tried these lipsticks? How do you like it so far? Let me know!:)

Thank you again for joining me.
Have a happy day!:)

Review: It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin

Hi everybody! I hope you're having an awesome day so far.:) I'm back with another review, and this time is a hair care product.

This is the It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin . This product was included in my January Birchbox. I was really curious how this product will work on my hair when I first saw it. The direction is pretty simple: Shampoo and Condition hair, Towel Dry, Spray the product all over your hair, and comb through. Easy right?

Hmmm... Another new to me product. Does it work or not?:)

My Thoughts: It's probably hard to see on the photo, but this bottle is half empty.lol I have been using it since January and until now. I have a thick straight hair, no hair dye added. Using this product doesn't feel heavy at all. It is very lightweight and not greasy.

I followed the direction when using it. And it's so soft to comb through, that it detangles hair easily for me. When my hair gets dry, it is definitely more polished and looks extra healthy. It's long lasting too. Love it already for that!

Have you ever experienced static in hair? That's one of my pet peeves every winter. It's just really annoying.lol  Well guess what? this product actually solved that problem for me.:) Two thumbs up!:)

I'm so happy that it's included in my subscription box to try. Now I have another favorite, and will definitely purchase another one but in full size.:)

I hope you guys enjoyed today's review. Remember to only use products that is best for your hair.

Let me know if you tried this product and what do you guys think!:)

Thanks again for joining me today.
Have a happy day!:)

My Top 3 Favorite Women's Casual Shoes for Everyday!

Happy first day of spring everyone!:) Are you excited as I am? Oh how I love the breeze... I can't wait to see tons of beautiful flowers that will be poppin' out soon. And I will be sharing it here for sure.:) So, how are you guys doing? I hope you're having an amazing day so far.:)

Today I will be sharing my most favorite casual shoes to wear. I want something quick, simple, and most of all comfortable for everyday. But still a cute statement for my outfit.

Keds -Taylor Swift Collection - I got it at Nordstrom Rack near my area during summer time last year. I believe it's about $29 or less. The navy color with tiny polka dots is too cute. Love it!

All Star Converse - I'm pretty picky when it comes to converse shoes, simply because not every style is my cup of tea. But this slim kind of converse is definitely 2 thumbs up for me!:)  There's actually a lot out there that I haven't tried yet, so we'll see, maybe I'll get lucky.:)

I got this one last summer as well, in Nordstrom Rack, that store is awesome! It's about $29 or less. The color is lovely, it's like a muted lavender. Love it!:)

Keds - Taylor Swift Collection - Seriously, Taylor's collection is SO cute, I totally love everything.lol Anyway, I got this as a Christmas gift last year. You can't go wrong with black shoes, it matches anything! And that cute little cat is too adorable.:)

It was purchased in Off broadway Shoes , it's still a pretty new collection , regular price is $54.99.

I love these shoes, they're perfect whole year round. Awesome "go to" shoes are the best!:)

So what's your favorite casual shoes?:)

Thanks again for joining me. I hope you enjoyed today's post.

Review: NYX Rouge Cream Blush - Natural (CB02)

Hi everyone! I'm back with another product review for you. And this time, it's all about this cream blush by NYX Cosmetics .

This is something new to me product. I have always been using a powder kind of  blush, just love it. I don't know about you, but cold season tends to dry out my skin, a lot. And that's why I decided to grab one of this to try. I got it around Fall time last year. I have been using it for quite sometime now and excited to share with you my thoughts.

I purchased it in Ulta, it's about $6. And I believe there's about nine shades to choose from.

This is  the Natural (CB02) shade.

My thoughts: The pigmentation of this blush is amazing! A little goes a long way, it is buildable, which means that you don't need to put a lot at first. You can easily add more blush if you want more pop of color later. I prefer to use my clean fingers when applying it on my cheeks. It's very easy to blend, so smooth, and the best thing is that it's long lasting.

I love this natural shade. Can you see how pretty it is? That soft light pink gives you the sweetest look and nice dewy glow. So fresh!:)

I have a sensitive skin, I'm always careful in trying out products and what not. After using this product for awhile now, I'm happy to say this blush works well for me. Remember, to only use products that works best for your skin.

I highly recommend this product. I know this blush will last me for awhile. I'm super happy!:)

I hope you'll find this helpful, for those of you who's thinking about getting a cream blush to try.

And if you already have it, what do you guys think? Do you love it as much as I do? Let me know.:)

Thank you so much for stoppin by'. See you on my next post!

Have a happy day!:)

Review: Olay Regenerist Luminous - Brightening Cream Cleanser

Hi everybody! I'm back with a product review for you. When using skin care products, I think it is really a personal preference or depending on your skin type, whatever works for you, then go for it!:) But I enjoy reading product reviews specially when it is something I would like to try in the future. So I hope this will help to some of  you who's looking on this kind of product.

I have been using this product for awhile now, making sure how I really feel about it. Does it work or not?

I have a sensitive skin. Not oily, but sometimes it's dry. I'm really careful in trying out products and what not. Olay- has been my "go to" face skin care, mainly their complete all-day moisturizer. It works wonders for me! So, I got curious when I saw this cleanser. I just have to try it!:)

According to Olay, here are the benefits with this product:

  • Brightens dull and uneven skin
  • Leaves skin feeling smooth, conditioned, and even textured
  • Hydrates to instantly illuminate skin and recapture healthy-looking, youthful luminosity

My thoughts: I don't have much of uneven skin or dark spots on my face due to pimple scars or allergies. However, it has been extra dry this winter season. So dry that it needs to be conditioned. Now this product definitely help me out!
I suggest to give it a couple weeks to see the difference. It does give a nice glow and healthy looking skin.

It's hard to describe the exact scent, but for me, this cleanser smells great and fresh.

Can you see those micro-beads in the product? No worries, it doesn't hurt your skin when you massage the product on your face. Those micro-beads helps to exfoliate your skin and removes micro-residue. It feels so fresh and clean after.

I'm using this product mostly everyday. But sometimes every other day, since on some days, I also use the Olay Foaming Face Wash - which I have been using for so long now and just simply love it too.

I like to wash my face with cold water after. Dry it, and then use my favorite Olay Complete - all day moisturizer. Everything works for me, I love it, and I'm so happy with it. That's what's more important!:)

If you tried this product, I hope you love it as much as I do. Remember, only use products that works best for your skin.

I bought this product in Target. Prices may vary depending on the store where you got it from, it will range between $8 to $10.

Thank you so much for stoppin' by! See you on my next post.
Have a great day!:)
