Review: Jesse's Girl Lip Liner - Plummie

Hi everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!:) Let's start our week here with another product review!Woohoo!:)

Check out this lip liner by Jesse's Girl - Plummie shade.

I bought it awhile back, it's pretty inexpensive. It's about $1.99 at Rite Aid. I really like that it has a sharpener included.:)

I believe there are 6 shades to choose from. Plummie caught my attention since I know it will match more on my lipstick collection.:)

This color is really pretty, it's perfect for fall or holiday time too!:)

My Thoughts: This is a really pigmented lip liner, for the price it's really amazing!:) The swatched above shows you the 1 swipe, as well as layers of it if you want to apply it all over your lips.

It is a lipliner, so it is definitely matte and dry. Unless you like that kind of texture. I prefer to apply it all over my lips and add same shade of lipstick or lipgloss over. Some days, just the lip liner all over the lips and lip balm works for me too.

It is very easy to apply, not too soft / creamy to the point that it will easily bleed after eating / drinking through out the day. It has a nice long lasting formula.

I recommend it for you to try if you're looking for one. I would rate it 5 star out of 5. Love it!:)

Thanks again for joining me today!:)

Review: Pixi Eye Bright Liner No.1 - Nude

Hi everybody!:) Have you guys tried using a nude color eye liner? If you haven't and wanted to try one, today I will be sharing my thoughts about the Pixi Eye Bright Liner No.1 - Nude. Let's check it out!:)

Aside from their online shop, I believe this brand is exclusive at Target, which where I got it last year for about $14.

As you can see it's a non-sharpening precision point pen. You just twist it, and you'll get that much product which is pretty good for the price.:) Depending on how often you'll use it, it will last you longer.

My Thoughts: I really love that it's waterproof, and suitable for sensitive eyes. It is very easy to use and so smooth to apply. The nude - flesh color is perfect to brighten up your eye, makes it look wide awake and larger without looking too harsh. In my opinion, it looks more natural compared to white eye liner.

I highly recommend this product if you want to give it a try. I love it, and will give it 5 star out of 5. Remember, to only use products that is best for your skin.

Thanks again for joining me today!:)

I also tried their Stainless Steel Wipes, works the same and also love it!:)

  • Old English Furniture Polish: Almond - This has been a long time favorite of mine. It works so well everyday, specially on our dining table. It's spotless and shiny! I tried other scent, but I always come back on the almond scent. It smells so good, making it more fresh and clean!:) Definitely worth a try if you're looking for one!:)

  • Method Daily Granite: Cleans + Polishes - Method products never disappoint me!:) In our household we have tried tons of Method products already. Review: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind- Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer - Brightener

Hi everybody! I'm back with another beauty product review for you!:) Check out this Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer - Brightener, I believe there are 6 neutralizing shade to choose from.

I heard so many great things about it, that's why I decided to give it a try. I bought it last year, and played with it for awhile and now I'm here to share my thoughts! Does it work or not?:)

The applicator looks interesting and soft. You have to twist it a couple times (there's an arrow pointing where to twist it) so the concealer will come out. Remember don't twist it too much, or else tons of product will come out.

The shade that I got is Brightener - it has a pink / peach tone.

My Thoughts: I already have my moisturizer on before applying this concealer. When I first tried it I put too much product, It is a brightener after all and too much product means too bright for me. Lesson learned, just apply little by little. It has a creamy light texture, it is definitely buildable. And after playing with it for awhile, I finally got it!:)

Keep in mind that this shade is Brightener, I picked that shade for the purpose of brightening my under eye area. It definitely helps to make me look more awake if I have one of those days that I needed something to freshen up my face.:) I don't really have extreme dark circles, but it did a great job covering up my minor dark circles if I'm lack of sleep.:) I'm thinking Neutralizer shade might work better for extreme dark circles ( that shade was actually my second choice, and I still do want to try it in the future to see the difference.) :)

It blends well, and didn't crease at all. It lasted all day long. I never had any allergy reaction as well when using it, which is great!

Overall, I really enjoyed this product, and I will be repurchasing it again. I recommend it and will give it 4.5 star out of 5. Remember, to only use products that is best for your skin.

Thanks for joining me today!:)

3 Simple Ways To Freshen Up Your Home!

Hi everybody! Recently I have been redecorating our house, added some bits and pieces and just totally lovin' how it's going so far. Today I will be sharing some simple ways to freshen up your home!:)

  • Freshen Up by adding Plants / Flowers - I have these empty small flower pots for awhile now. And I thought it's about time to add some fresh plants that will make this area of my home pop!:) It makes a lot of difference! If you're wondering, these are succulent plants, an easy care house plant. Love it!:)

    • Freshen Up by adding Pop of Colors! - My home has a neutral pallette, so I play with colors through the decorations. As you can see, I love the pop of mint color, It's fresh and clean!:)

    • Freshen Up With Scent! - Although I have my favorite candle scent which is the Relaxing Lavender by Yankee Candle. I always find another scent to switch things up. Keep in mind that there are so many home fragrances available, it doesn't need to be candles if it's not your cup of tea.:)

Thanks for joining me today, and have fun decorating your lovely home!:)
